The first batch of Dailuaine from That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Until recently, some of the condensers at Dailuaine were made of stainless steel rather than copper, which gave a sulphurous note to the spirit. As such, the graphic-novel-style label features two sulphur molecules (Sulphur Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulphide), one of which appears to be good and the other very bad, evil even!

Sweet sherry, berry-laden hedgerows, dates and apricot. Gooseberry, a dollop of double cream and some mysterious spices...
Wonderfully perfumed as well as being meaty with notes of orange oil.
