Indie Dailuaine here, distilled in 2013 and matured for eight years – including a finish in ex-red wine casks! The Speyside single malt was bottled in 2021 by Càrn Mòr, with 1,728 bottles released for the Strictly Limited series.

Nose
Pear skin, ripe peach, orange peel, honey, and rich red wine.
Palate
More orchard fruits, now cooked, with cinnamon sugar, red grape, and forest fruits.
Finish
Dry and sweet, with ripe plum and winey tannins.
