Chapter 7 from The Whisky Anthology already has some corkers and this Dailuaine single malt demonstrates that form is set to continue. Monologue filled just 309 bottles of this 11-year-old single malt, that was matured in a single bourbon hogshead, at 51.5% ABV.

Nose
Vanilla, oily malt, pork scratchings, and black pepper.
Palate
Toasted almonds, buttery biscuits, citrus, and orchard fruit.
Finish
Rich oak char and caramel.
