Bourbon
This single malt was distilled at Craigellachie in 2011 and spent the next 14 years maturing in a second-fill bourbon barrel. The barrel was opened by Fruitful Spirits, independently releasing 249 cask strength bottles (a satisfying 51.7% ABV).
Ripe banana, orchard fruit, sweet layers of honey.
Rich and robust, with honeyed cereal, apple load, and foam bananas.
Warming spice, chewy malt, mellow fruit.
