Description
An extraordinary old single grain from Carsebridge, independently bottled for the Living Souls collection. Matured for a mighty 48 years, this whisky was treated to a finish in a host of first-fill bourbon barrels, resulting in an elegantly sweet profile, laden with shortbread, tinned fruit, and a smidge of smoke.

Nose
Pineapple juice, warm shortbread and honey mingle with a wisp of firework smoke on the nose.
Palate
The palate is a cascade of classic fruit cocktail sweetness, rounded off by digestive biscuits.
Finish
Graceful and lingering, it offers a rare glimpse into a distillery long gone.
