Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Coffee and croissants, plus a hint of pancakes covered in maple syrup. Cedar develops in the background.

Palate: Vanilla ice cream with fudge pieces, peanut butter on toast, lemon and black pepper.

Finish: Icing sugar and ground cinnamon, with a touch of almond.
