This cracking single cask bottling from the now silent Cambus distillery joins The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.'s independent bottling range, The Coopers Choice. Distilled in May 1991, this glorious single grain was treated to a generous maturation period of 30 years in a single bourbon cask until bottling in 2021, with a total of 300 bottles produced.
Gently nutty with buttery pastry, jammy fruit and honeyed porridge.
Poached pears, white chocolate, vanilla pods, and a touch of orangey zest.
Ginger creeps in, bold, fruity notes continue with hints of sugar dusted cinnamon buns.
