The science-themed Elements of Islay is back with the sixth expression in the 'Oc' range! Since it's the sixth bottling, you surely know by now which iconic Hebridean distillery this peaty treat hails from. All those scrummy smoky notes you've been expecting? They're here.

Nose

A smoky bonfire caught on a sea breeze, with a metallic note balanced by candied ginger heat and damp grass.

Palate

Smoked meats in a rye bread sandwich, a generous helping of black pepper with a hint of sage, apricot and pineapple.

Black pepper heat on a smoky finish.
