This right here is an independently bottled single malt Scotch whisky from the Braeval Distillery (previously known as Braes of Glenlivet until the mid '90s), matured in American oak before being bottled by Skene Whisky. Plenty of malty, fruity notes to enjoy here.
Apricot, pineapple, a smidge of rhubarb, drizzled with honey.
Hot cross buns with butter, walnut loaf, a little hint of flint.
Soft winter spices develop on the finish, though sultana and apple persist.
