From Boann Distillery in Ireland, The Whistler Bodega Cask is made from triple distilled single malt whiskey, matured entirely in oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of five years. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this is a full flavoured Irish whiskey with plenty of fruity, sherry character.
