From Boann Distillery in Ireland, The Whistler Bodega Cask is made from triple distilled single malt whiskey, matured entirely in oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of five years. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this is a full flavoured Irish whiskey with plenty of fruity, sherry character.
Dried apricots and raisins, alongside some spiced teacake, and oak character.
Sweet fruitcake, with baking spices, silky vanilla, and some toasted walnuts.
