Goes perfectly on a warm, sunny afternoon,. Served with chanterelle pasta makes one trust in miracles. All we are saying, is give this dram a chance :)
I'm just drinking a glas of this marvelous Bladnoch distiller's choice. What a taste ! Very good flavours ! "SANTE", as we say in Belgium!
I tasted this 2011 bottling @ the Bladnoch distillery in 2012 and bought a few bottles. This is a Bladnoch that you just sip, sip and sip☺ Personal communication indicated that this whisky is 4 years old. Nose: honeyed and malty with a hint of smoke alongside citrus notes. Palate: custard apples, vanilla and some delicate sweets Finish: again sweet tones, not too long though (that's a.o. why you sip it)
