Behold, Bladnoch's Flora and Fauna bottling! This 10 year old single malt from the Bladnoch Distillery packs plentiful notes of Port, oak, and honey. This collectible bottling even comes with its original presentation box.

The nose has a curious mix: notes of ester and cooked fruit with burnt white sugar, there is a firmness and with it something vaguely vinous. The palate is quite full and oaky, but with sweet spices creeping forward and a cereal, biscuity feel. Some port perhaps, here and there and lots of wood. The finish is a touch premature, but nonetheless pleasant, this can sometimes be the way of things, curiously, wood still lingers.
