This single malt Scotch whisky from the Benrinnes Distillery was given 21 years to mature, before That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottled it up at 47.1% ABV, ready for the world to enjoy. Pete McPeat and Jack Washback of whiskyfun.com fame are on the label, giving you the low-down on some intricate distilling gubbins. Only one of them seems particularly interested in it, mind. The other would rather taste the result of the distilling that learn how it happens. Which is fair enough!

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Flapjacks and fondant fancies, with a slow build of toasty oak.
Still has a honeyed style to it, with lemon zest cutting through. Chocolate Brazil nuts and black pepper later on.
