Benriach 50 Year Old
An exceedingly old and rare offering from Speyside's Benriach distillery. This unpeated single malt was filled into a bourbon cask on 29th September 1966 and spent an astonishing 50 years maturing, becoming the distillery's oldest remaining vintage! Selected by master blender Rachel Barrie, the whisky was filled into a host of 37 bespoke crystal decanters to become Benriach's first 50-year-old expression, and its rarest release to date. Each bottle comes housed in a bespoke presentation case created by master craftsman John Galvin and inspired by Benriach's eclectic collection of casks, accompanied by a smart booklet providing an in-depth look at the story of this 50-year-old single malt, and a delve into Benriach's creative philosophy and diverse cask history.
