Here we have the very first That Boutique-y Rye Company bottling of Australian rye whisky from the Belgrove Distillery! Belgrove grows its own grains to make its whisky, and even uses biofuel, which is cooking oil from a nearby roadhouse, to fire the still! This expression here is a 4 year old rye, with smoky spices and fruity brightness galore. Also, the label features a rather well-known chef, who happened to visit the distillery...
