Balvenie 14 Year Old RumWood Finish
A a limited edition bottling produced by The Balvenie and originally released back in 2006. The 14 Year Old RumWood Finish spent its final 18 months of maturation in 14 casks which had previously held rum from Guyana and Venezuela before it was bottled without chill-filtration at 47.1% ABV.

Nose
Orchard fruit drenched in acacia honey, then cinnamon, vanilla and hazelnut with sultanas and rich toffee in support.
Palate
Oak char, creamy vanilla and tropical fruits and flickers of winter spice, with touches of tart citrus and custard cream.
Finish
Malt loaf and toffee.
