Aultmore 9yo 2014 Eadie

Distilled in 2014, this single malt from Aultmore matured for nine years in one bourbon hogshead and a pair of refill barrels. The casks were opened by James Eadie in 2024 and the whisky bears the name The Cross Keys, one of the many pubs to have been owned by the indie bottler's namesake.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Zesty notes of citrus peel, juicy apples and pears lead to layers of oaken vanilla and butterscotch, with a touch of floral tea.

Palate Crisp green apple with dustings of cinnamon is supported by vanilla cream and mellow oak.

Finish Warming spices develop, while caramel sweetness and toasted oak linger.
