Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Dates, prunes and toffee, alongside thick honey and a touch of mint.
Palate
Well rounded and creamy, as peaches, apples and prunes are lifted by a light peppery flavour.
Finish
Medium length, ending on toffee and allspice.
