Independently bottled single malt from Auchroisk, matured for 7 years being being bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The label features a rather dramatic scene - a zombie apocalypse! No real reason can be given for that, other than it's pretty cool.

BBQ pineapple and clove-studded orange, with a touch of Jamaican Ginger Cake in there too.
Thick with caramel and honey, as well as plenty of fresh malt notes.
Slightly grassy and peppery on the finish.
Spicy, malty, with fresh distillery character singing throughout. Brilliant drop.
