Arran 27 Year Old 1997 - Mission Gold (Murray McDavid)
Distilled in the early days of Arran’s resurrection and matured in a refill sherry butt for nearly three decades, this is a landmark whisky. Only 400 bottles were filled – rich, rounded, and full of island character with a mellow sherry influence.

Nose
Plum jam, red grapes, rain-soaked earth.
Palate
Blackcurrant coulis, nutmeg, aged balsamic, gingerbread.
Finish
Oak char, sultana, sweet tobacco.
