Indie Ardmore here from the Spirit & Cask Range, distilled in July 2011 and aged in a bourbon barrel until 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of only 270 bottles. We do love a good Ardmore...
Thyme honey, bonfires, fresh oats and a hint of cider apple.
Cut grass, toffee sweeties, oily barley and earthy smoke.
Quite short, but richly smokey.
