15 year old single malt from the awesome Ardmore distillery, aged in an ex-bourbon hogshead from February 2002 to March 2017. This was released for The Library Collection by Edinburgh Whisky Ltd. with an outturn of 326 bottles.
Cooked ginger, filo pastry with a dollop of apple chutney, a touch of mint.
Zesty fruit, bonfire embers, maple syrup.
Hot cinnamon and ginger once again, hints of pear and toffee.
