Another delicious six-year-old Aberlour single malt joins the Darkness range, and this one was drawn from a custom-made octave cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry. Prepare for rich layers of floral honey, nutty malt, and creamy chocolate here.

Nose
Vibrant notes of crisp barley and orchard fruits lead to dark, floral honey, and a touch of meaty malt.
Palate
Robust, biscuity malt and roasted nuts lead, with more honeyed sweetness and a hint of floral tea.
Finish
Creamy caramel chocolate, stewed stone fruits, praline, and toasted, caramelised nuts.
