1512 Spirits 2nd Chance Wheat Whiskey (37.5cl) 38cl Whisky

A wheat whiskey aged in ex-rye whiskey casks. The rye is therefore given a second chance to influence another of Salvatore Cimino's fantastic releases. Working as a Master Barber during the day at the 1512 Barber Shop, Sal is also a Master Distiller, previously producing an excellent Rye Whiskey and the Barbershop Rye spirit.

This wheat whiskey is the latest creation from the Cimino family, who have been distilling for over a hundred years dating back to Prohibition and beyond, to when the family still lived in Italy. Expect light, delicious caramels, spicy sultanas and a little refreshing citrus.
