A smoky, oaky alcohol-free spirit from Gnista in Sweden, dubbed Barrelled Oak! A great alternative for replacing dark spirits in cocktails, so it's ready to be shaken and stirred. Fun fact: Gnista is actually the Swedish word for "spark"!
Dry and spicy oaky tones, with wafts of smoke, cocoa powder, and wood char.
$32.06 - $64.84
Unlike many other na spirits, you can tell Gnista Barreled Oak (and the other, Floral Wormwood) contains all natural, high quality ingredients. Surprised how easy I returned to the bottle, enjoy it slightly chilled with lemon and with sparkling water (the latter for a more savoury drink experience). Gave one to my pregnant niece too - fantastic there are so many good 0% option out there now!
DOES NOT TASTE LIKE WHISKY! Tells like cough medicine mixed with a cheap cola. I got my hopes up after reading a few reviews but nope horrible.
Gnista Barreled Oak is by far my favorite non-alcoholic spirit. It is dark and smokey, rich with hints of raisin, rye, and wood. Everything the label says, you get in your glass. A couple of ounces neat and I’m sipping “Scotch” without the side effects of booze. I cannot get enough and look forward to buying more as soon as it becomes available in the states.
Wow! what a product really. I have tried a lot of different alcohol free spirits before. But this really is the best one i tried! it's smoky and with a bit of spicy touch which makes it interesting. I tried it by itself as well as in a cocktail, and it shines all the way through. Not only that the bottle itself is really premium looking and exhibits quality, would definitely recommend
