An immensely intriguing expression from FEW Spirits out in Evanston, Illinois! Immortal Rye is made with the distillery's cask strength rye, brought down to bottling strength with cold-extracted 8 Immortals Oolong tea. With rich spice and subtle earthy notes developing along the way, this makes for a fascinating sip.

Great rye, different than any other rye and in a good way. Great rye toast with a light layer of fruit preserves, tea spices, hint of baking spices or clove, fantastic nose, could live in the nose all evening by a fire. Great for cocktails too. Recommend it!
I love this rye whiskey. A flavorful mix of rye bread, spice, dark herbal tea, not too dry but not too sweet, great sipper neat but can hold up to an ice cube or two. Highly recommend it as an alternative rye to the typical ryes that are more like a bourbon with a peppery kick, this is more unique than that kind of profile. Paid $50 for it and to me it drinks higher than that, so pretty good value.
ooh nice. strong Rye aroma floral but punching and then a lovely very long finish sweet pastry and fruit then some more. I have had Few rye before but this has taken it up a level, nice touch.
