From Circumstance, Psychopomp's sister distillery in Bristol comes Circumstantial Mixed Grain. Made from a mixture of grains, the spirit is treated to a long fermentation with mixed yeasts before ageing for 17 months. Maturation took place in a host of first fill bourbon barrels, with additional charred English oak spindles inside. The result is a vibrant, young and sweet spirit.
