A rich, full-bodied sweet potato shochu from Okuchi Shuzo, made using black koji and bottled undiluted for maximum flavour. It’s got that signature depth you want from imo shochu, with creamy texture and layers of fruit and savoury notes. A bit of water or soda opens it right up.
