Description
Iichiko partnered with world-renowned Japanese bartenders to create this characterful shochu. The traditional Japanese spirit is crafted through 100% barley koji fermentation. Intriguingly, this expression focuses on vacuum distillation, harnessing a vibrant flavour profile, layered with green apple and ripe tropical fruits and a creamy, smooth texture.
