Something rather marvellous for adventurous spirits enthusiasts here, brought to us by indie bottler The Artful Dodger! This Japanese barley Shochu was distilled at Hikari Shuzo in the Fukuoka Prefecture in 2006, and spent the next 13 years maturing in a single oloroso sherry cask. How cool is that? Not something we come across every day. A release of 439 bottles.
