Description
That Boutique-y Rum Company has bottled another rum from an undisclosed distillery! This 10 year old expression from Jamaica features a label that does look a little familiar, though now this well-mannered commuter and honourable conductor are travelling in the Quiet Zone of the train. Y'know, because it's a secret and all that. Shh...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
It’s big, hearty and green opening with a grassy, cane juice spirit-style note, followed by Del Monte sliced pineapple in syrup and passionfruit syrup. Spiced molasses then emerges underneath with salted vanilla ice cream, Madeira cake and red cola cubes.
Palate
Charred tropical fruit, dried orange, burnt hay and toasted hazelnut initially. Dark chocolate, coffee beans and a little oak spice add darkly delicious depth.
Finish
It’s a delicately sweet, but quite musky finish.
