Description
A particularly rich spiced rum from the Don Q selection, made with Puerto Rican rum which has been aged for at least three years and complemented with a blend of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Hefty helpings of cinnamon and five-spice, backed up by cinder toffee and candied ginger.
Palate
Rounded vanilla peel, more cinnamon, toasty clove, charred oak, butterscotch, some more of that candied ginger from the nose.
Finish
Lime, treacle tart, cooked apples and pears.
