From the Phantom Spirits Beer Cask Series comes a 4 year old Guatemalan rum which enjoyed a finishing period in casks that previously aged Mikkeller's Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Oatmeal Stout. All the rums from Phantom Spirits have been finished in very specific (and delicious) beer casks - intriguing stuff.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Bright and fruity, with hints of banana, melon and cherry. Subtle coffee bean bitterness, with lingering dark chocolate and nutmeg.
