Phantom Spirits 10 Year Old - WarPigs Smouldering Holes Cask Finish
An incredibly interesting release from Phantom Spirits (started by chaps from Mikkeller brewers and The Clumsy Bear Vodka). Their Beer Cask Series features independently bottled rum which has been finished in beer casks - but not just any beer casks. Very specific beer casks. For example, this expression is a 10 year old from Trinidad, aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held WarPigs Barrel-Aged Smoldering Holes Imperial Stout!
