Don Papa Alon
From the island of Negros in the Philippines, Don Papa Alon celebrates local flavour in proper tropical style. Distilled from 100% local molasses, it’s infused with toasted coconut, jackfruit, and chilli, a nod to Ginataang Langka, the rich, coconutty dish it draws inspiration from. It’s sunshine, sea breeze, and spice all bottled up.

Palate
Creamy and rich, with ripe fruit, vanilla sweetness, and a hint of warming chilli.
