Bouvil Haitian Pure Cane Rhum
The Bouvil name dates back to 1850, producing traditional clairin Haitian rhum, originally filled in drums and sold exclusively to locals. It's made from 100% indigenous, non-hybridised sugar cane, grown without chemicals or industrialisation, fermented with wild yeasts, and distilled in a combo of traditional pot stills and signature hybrid stills. You'll find an abundance of bright, grassy cane and vibrant citrus character here.
