Teeling Spirit of Dublin Irish Poitín
The first spirit released from the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin is this superb Poitín - Teeling's take on this infamous and once-illegal traditional Irish spirit. Distilled in copper pot stills, the first batch was made with 50% unmalted barley and 50% malted barley.
Teeling recommend trying this poitín over ice with some good quality tonic and an orange peel garnish.
