An Espadín agave-based Mezcal from the Mezcal Vago range. An elegant expression, with notes of citrus, minerals and touches of fruity agave. This particular edition was made by mezcalero Joel Barriga.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Roasted red bell peppers with a little red chilli, balanced with sweet orchard fruit and a vegetal salinity.
Palate
Similar to the nose, though the smokiness starts to grow more and more. Soon joined by citrus zest notes.
Finish
Sweetness prevails on the finish with notes of chewy toffees.
