An American gin all the way from Michigan, Detroit, produced by Valentines Distilling. This is made with a selection of nine botanicals, and has been named after the B-24 Liberator Heavy Bomber (a World War II aircraft built in Detroit).
Layered peppery juniper and coriander seeds, with a touch of sweet cinnamon developing.
I got this in a flash sale, but would happily buy it full price; it's absolutely delicious, both neat and with tonic.
