Uisge Lusach 70cl Gin

A dry gin from the Isle of Skye! Uisge Lusach is distilled in a copper pot still which was previously used to distil (apparently illicit) whisky. The botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel and cardamom, are vapour infused. A classic gin which we reckon would do just as well over ice as in a Negroni.
