A masterfully crafted gin from Dr. Adam Elmegirab's House of Botanicals, combining both distilling and compounding techniques to extract the best from every single botanical. To begin, a selection of traditional botanicals such as juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, coriander seed, cassia bark, almond, orange peel, and lemon peel are distilled. Following this, saffron threads, fennel seeds, and just a touch of strawberry are macerated in the spirit, imparting their delicate flavours and silky texture. A fantastically balanced sipper, splendid for G&Ts, and should make a top notch Martini.
A good crunch of juniper leads the way followed by a harmony of earthen bark and root, fragrant citrus zest, and delicate, aromatic spice.
