Rosemary Gin from The Gin Factory in Scotland of course focuses on the eponymous herb alongside a balancing spicy kick of juniper. Intensely floral though subtly savoury, this will make for some powerfully flavoursome cocktails.
The unmistakable aroma of rosemary, alongside fragrant and floral notes of the herb with juniper, pine, and a touch of sweet baking spice.

Subtle nose and excellent aftertaste! Great mixed, or on the rocks ....which is rare for a gin!
I'm not surprised there's only one left. I love anything gin that I can put rosemary in - just as good is a rosemary gin. This doesn't pack a rosemary flavour to me but it is savoury and almost a bit sherberty. Really impressed with this, a shame its limited edition.
