Campsie Gin is produced at where the Scottish Lowlands and Highlands meet, using fresh water that flows through the Campsie Fells. Juniper, heather, and grains of paradise form part of the botanicals in this gin, that's made in 'tiny wee batches' with two copper pot stills. Aiming to capture the spirit of the Campsies in a bottle, the producers recommend letting your imagination run wild when it comes to suggested serves - although it is simply fabulous with tonic!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Juniper is the star of the show, and the spirit is well rounded and refreshing, with plenty of citrus and a subtle floral sweetness from the heather.
