A wonderfully plummy gin from The Biggar Gin Co., which has been infused with plums grown in Clyde Valley in South Lanarkshire. The sweet fruit notes of the plum offer a delicious juxtaposition for the herbaceous and spicy notes of the gin. We reckon this will be great for simply sipping over ice on winter evenings inside, or for mixing with ginger ale on during the warmer months.
Rounded, fruity notes of plum and raisin are clear and up-front, though peppery juniper and herbal thyme balance their sweetness.
