The folks over at Smithies Gin decided to create an Old Tom version of their delicious tipple. Old Tom is a sweeter version of gin, popular in 18th century England. To sweeten this particular Old Tom, Smithies has infused the gin with honeycomb, adding a wonderful toffee richness to the spirit. A brilliant pairing with ginger ale.
Caramelised honeycomb notes, balanced by a herbaceous touch, juniper and a creamy citrus finish.
