A New Western style gin from ambitious craft distillers Roundhouse, who look to create distinct and singular spirits, and have certainly succeeded here. This small batch American craft gin is brimming delicate and unconventional botanicals, such as sencha green tea, lavender, hibiscus and chamomile blossoms.
Bitter and sweet notes compete throughout, with the chamomile taking a staring role throughout, but floral lavender and warm juniper give it good company.
