A classically juniper-forward gin here from the brilliant McQueen team up in Scotland. Alongside that vital seed cone, you can also expect hints of citrus and a good crackle of warming spices too. Excellent served with tonic or soda water, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and yet more juniper berries.
