This Polish gin was distilled from botanicals sourced from Lubusz Land, an ecologically protected area of Poland, before it was placed in casks. This particular bottling spent seven years(!) in a combination of both oak and chestnut casks before it was bottled up at 40% ABV, complete with an elegant presentation tube.
Notes of liquorice and dark chocolate praline, with piney juniper alongside buttery oak, and a hint of spice and citrus on the finish.
Smoothest and nicest gin iv ever tasted. Highly recommend.
