Little Brown Dog Gin 50cl

The inaugural gin from Little Brown Dog Spirits, this Scottish gin showcases a few unusual botanicals. You'll find wood sorrel, rhubarb, birch sap (all of which are locally foraged), and their own grown parsnip in here. We're not sure we've ever seen parsnip in a gin before, though it adds some earthy, sweet and spicy notes, so we're certainly here for it. Pair it with tonic and an apple slice to garnish!
