Lilliard
Scottish gin made in the heart of the Scottish Borders, named for a heroine of the Battle of Ancrum Moor. Subtly floral, with elegant juniper sat at the core.
A fresh nose with sour lemon and sweet orange blossom. Savoury juniper spice and a bouquet of dried flowers round it off.
Initially very light and elegant. Warm cubeb pepper spice kicks into life, before it’s tempered by sweet liquorice, orange oil and earthy juniper.
Short, with a slightly perfumed conclusion.

My absolute favourite gin. I didn’t drink gin until I tried this one. Now I’m a convert - highly recommended.
I got this gin for Christmas from my brother who lives in the Scottish Borders. Only opened it at Easter, but discovered a gin that is in my top three favourites. An absolute beauty.
